Must a deputy whistleblower play, even when it comes to the SREL?

uest Gibéryen famously passed a lawsuit. The prosecution thought this was the case, in particular, because Gibéryen’s story may have been interfering with the SREL process in November. He probably did, but first of all a brief summary of the ADR MPs.

The Secret Service SRE (L) had conducted an illegal relocation campaign in 2017 over weeks. Mr Gibéryen knew about this, had initially managed to keep himself, but later unpacked in the relevant parliamentary commission and confronted the prime minister Bettel with the incident. It turned out that, as head of the secret service, he was aware that he had not undertaken anything. This is reminiscent of the SREL affair 6 years ago. The Prime Minister was of course a penal affair, but did nothing to stop it. And Xavier Bettel necessarily wanted to know the source from whom the guest had this information; and because he didn’t want to give up the bak, the Premier went to SRE (L) director Doris Woltz, who then filed a complaint!

something that has never happened like this before! It was not enough that the deputy had to go to the investigating judge, but he had to leave his phone so that every conversation, as SMS, could be verified. No matter how one stands for the ADR MP, but in a democracy such a thing goes smoothly and not at all! And the press? For them, the incident belongs to the category of “robbery stories”, there is no topic to comment on, no topic to look at. Even so, one could illuminate the case of Gibéryen as much as one would like, one can’t get past the planned “SREL process” in November, against Messrs. Schneider, Mille and Kemmer! At that time, Mrs. Doris Woltz and the prosecutor’s office became increasingly aware of this matter. Madame Woltz, incidentally, made a complaint against the deputy, because he was concerned about things he had not specified. Actually, the man was in a fucking mill! When it comes to matters of national security, everyone, including a politician, is obliged to pass on their knowledge to the public. This was what Gibéryen did, and promptly showed the yellow card to take care of things where he should leave his fingers. So: on the one hand he must, on the other he must not! With the new law of 2016, the Secret Service largely controls itself, through a delegate to the SRE and through a monitoring committee.

the Secret Service no longer exists, or at most, as in James Bond: the oo7 remains unknown to the public. Even SREL’s then Chief of Operations Nadine Thoma (and not Director, as I wrote in a first post) does not exist, because, how is it possible to explain, that she just escaped for her mistake of the illegal and the Ministry of Defense, without any sanctions, without “disciplinary proceedings”? This is what the law wants, it’s about protecting your own people from the public. Today there would be no tailor, mill and no press in the press! There you can raise the question as to whether the new SRE is a no-nonsense, but maybe a different time more.

rucial is the question: with all that we know now, and with all that has happened over the years, is there an SREL process at all opportune? Doesn’t it make you look more ridiculous than it is worth ?! Guest Gibéryen went through a trial, Nadine Thoma was just stripped, and why do Messrs. Schneider, Mille, and Kemmer get the trial done? Does the principle of mitius of a law suddenly play no role? To explain this principle, an example: the case is set, there is still the death penalty in the UK. One person has killed 3 other people with a gun. So the Supreme Court. The indictment will be lifted in November, the trial begins in May, but meanwhile, the death penalty has been abolished; according to the old law the person would have deserved the death penalty, with the new law they will receive life imprisonment!

We have learned: Illegal scouts are evaluated today rather than in the past. So also for Messrs. Schneider, Mille and Kemmer? It lies in the logic of it. Seems like whistleblower guest Gibéryen would fulfill his purpose!
