o my dismay, I have to admit that I got the idea from comedian Oliver Polak. The man is Jewish and has been thinking so: how would Anne Frank in the 21st century write her diary again? Where would they do it today? Of course on facebook! It’s in the genre: “The Nazi are fucking you!”
Sad smiley below, with the remark: “So sad!” Millions of people would like this ‘post’ with reactions such as: “so true, so true”!
And that’s it already! Or?
What I want to say: electronic networks are excellent for “talking” to one another, for exchanging opinions, for discussing and arguing, but whoever wants to change society must go further, be socially involved! nowadays, however, social media, which will slowly but surely replace the classic media, at least take over.
This Internet address is therefore meant as a stock of opinions and beliefs. I would like to regularly do my analyzes on politics and society, tell my opinion on current issues or simply share sweet and funny stories that you must do so in life. In my analysis, one does not have to agree. Controversial discussion is welcome because, in order to preserve democracy, we must fight! But admittedly, not (too) emotionally, by any means under the belt.
This site had already gone online before the big holiday. Since I was not part of the “digital generation” with my 63 years, I had one or the other concern: moral, legal and deontological nature, and thus the site was taken away from the network for several months. Today those concerns have been clarified for me, and so we have put the site back in traffic. You understand that some texts are relatively old, but must arrive somewhere. I promise to feed you regularly, and probably go back to the money here
In my person: after 38 years of journalistic activity on RTL Radio Luxembourg – the last 7 as editor-in-chief – I have been in retirement since 1 February 2017. However, I still follow the political, social and social development of the Luxembourg country and exchange myself with a selective circle of people who have remained loyal to me despite retirement. I chose the Internet as a platform because I am my own master and master. I look forward to this new adventure, hopefully with you!
